  1. Hi there Leslie Ann ;D…
Am admitting, and coming clean, that before we met, I had looked, but not LOOKED at and though your blog. Now I have devoured it and can’t wait for more! Good to meet you and cheers!

  2. Kiora Q! :-)
I’ve just looked though your blog and wishing you well with your assessing Les Mills courses’ journey!
I am qualifying as a BodyPump instructor and the whole DVD submission ahead of me is truly daunting. :-) BodyPump 73 is a fantastic release, I just hope I will survive it. :-)

    • Aw thanks Kim!!!! You’re the sweetest:) I will keep the recipes and posts coming! It’s been a year and I’m still totally fired up on a near-daily basis to find some new recipe to share with my friends!

    • Re: Recipes – Yes please! And hey – nothin’ wrong with eating out! I definitely have my favorite spots I could never give up! :) We live in a great town for food!!!

  3. Ok I’ll admit I am your mom but I still love reading all your new recipes and ideas. After only three weeks of eating mostly fruits and veggies ( some chicken and tuna ) I have no cravings for sweets!! Before it was…okay I ate my good stuff now I need something sweet to finish it off. Amazing how much better I feel!! Keep up the good work! :)

  4. Hey Leslie! I miss the BodyCombat, Attack, and Pump! I’ve started a blog too to record some of my thoughts and findings as I study to become a Registered Dietitian. I like the new concept for your blog and can’t wait to see what comes of it!
